Cemeteries are Funspots!

Yesterday Kyle, Sonya, Dan, and I went bowling at Funspot because we simply needed to go bowling or we would die. :P So, we bowled one frame and I won (of course) and Kyle beat Dan, which was the only thing that Kyle set out to do and Sonya came in last but only because she did not want to make Dan feel bad. :P After our frame of candle pin bowling we went to the Braggin’ Dragon, which is rarely open and we were really lucky to catch it open because I think the last 5 times we were there it was closed. Kyle got a chili dog, I got nachos, Dan and Sonya both got the chicken fun meal, they were all good choices. : )

The reason the Braggin’ Dragon was open was because there was a 7 day long classic gaming tournament, frankly I was kind of pissed that I did not know about it because I can kick some ASS on Super Mario Bros. 3 and I so would have entered the tournament and kicked some nerd ass and I would have looked good while doing it! :P Oh, here is an interesting tid-bit or information: Candle pin bowling is only played in New England! I thought that was pretty interesting because there are so many things that are New England specific.

After bowling we all went driving around and Sonya and I decided that we should go to this cute cemetery that we saw on the way to Funspot because we wanted to take pictures of the graves because we think that they are very interesting. After we took some pictures there we went to the big cemetery in Meredith and while I was there I went to look for my great grandparents’ grave and found it! I was not born when my great grandfather died, but I was for my Nana and I was 10 when she died. I don’t really remember much about her, other than she really liked salt and the room in Golden View that she lived in and later died in (morbid, I know.) I was telling Kyle, Dan, and Sonya that I want to be cremated and have my ashes either buried or scattered (whatever my children want to do) and to have a old style headstone (like the ones from the 1800’s) because I think they are so neat and cool looking! I also would like to have a geocache hidden in my headstone because how amazing would that be! People would constantly be coming to visit me! But here are the pictures that I took!

This is one of my favorites!

This is my Nana. Her name is spelled "Caro" and it is pronounced "Carol" and I think that is pretty cool!

This is Kyle's favorite

I just really like the sunset in this picture.
